Shipping & Returns Policy

To ensure your order is delivered properly in the time advised, we ask that you please make sure your shipping address is entered completely and correctly. Addresses that are incomplete can lead to shipping delays and/or being returned back to us.

If you have noticed that your shipping address is incorrect after your have placed your order, please contact Sales@EightyTwo.LA as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request. If we are unable to do so, we take no responsibility for incorrect inputs.

Orders are to be shipped out 1-3 business days after they are placed. Delivery times after orders have been shipped may vary depending on location and/or weather conditions.

If you have noticed that your package is lost or delayed we ask that you contact your selected shipping parcel at the time of purchase or your local post office.


For returns and/or exchanges please contact Sales@EightyTwo.LA. All returns and/or exchanges must be done within 14 days of the window date received.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only at the expense and responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs may vary for all returns.

Any merchandise that has been altered, used, stretched, changed, or modified will not be eligible for return or exchange.

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund to successfully process.

Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

We are not liable for any damages, lost packages, and/or delays caused by shipping parcels.
